How access to TenureGift works: it is a private B2B portal commissioned and paid for by an employer for its own staff. Access is by invitation only. The client company supplies the whitelisted employee email addresses, sign-in is by a one-time code emailed to that address, and no passwords are ever created, requested, or stored.

What is a tenure gifting platform?+
Software that watches joining dates and handles the gift when somebody hits a work anniversary, instead of an HR person remembering. You set a budget band per milestone once. When an employee reaches one, the platform invites them, they pick a gift inside that band, and it ships. TenureGift is ours, and it runs off the joining dates you already hold in your HRMS.
What should a company spend on a work anniversary gift in India?+
The bands most of our clients set are ₹999 to ₹1,500 at one year, ₹1,500 to ₹3,000 at three, ₹3,000 to ₹8,000 at five, ₹8,000 to ₹25,000 at ten and ₹25,000 upwards at twenty-five. The point of a band rather than a fixed gift is that the same money buys something the person actually wants. You set the numbers; these are just what we see.
Can employees see what other people got?+
No. Each employee is shown only the options for their own milestone band. There is no cross-visibility between bands, which matters because a five-year gift sitting next to a twenty-five-year gift makes the five-year one feel like a consolation prize.
Does it connect to our HRMS?+
Yes, or it can run from a spreadsheet of names, work emails and joining dates that you refresh periodically. Either way the milestone detection is automatic once the dates are in. Nobody on your side has to remember an anniversary.
How do employees sign in?+
With a one-time code sent to their work email. There are no passwords, ever, and no payment details are ever requested because the employee pays nothing. Access is by invitation only, from a whitelist you supply. The portal carries your branding under your written authorisation.
Can we include Apple or Logitech hardware at the senior milestones?+
Yes, and it is the reason several clients moved to us. We are an Authorised Apple Reseller and enrolled Apple DPP partner in India, and a Certified Logitech Enterprise Partner. So AirPods at ₹12,900, AirPods Pro at ₹25,900, a HomePod mini at ₹15,900 or a Logitech MX Master at ₹8,995 can sit in a milestone band as a real catalogue line rather than something bought retail and marked up. Apple hardware is supplied within India only.
What does the platform itself cost?+
There is no separate platform fee and no setup fee. You pay for the gifts. Pan-India delivery is included, to the employee at home or to the office. We would rather earn the account on the gifting than charge you for software you have not seen working yet.
How is it invoiced?+
GST-compliant invoice under GSTIN 27ABZFA4553G1ZZ with the documentation your finance team needs for input credit. Billing can be monthly against what actually shipped, which is usually easier to budget than a lump sum, and can be split branch-wise if your cost centres need it.
What happens if someone leaves before their gift ships?+
Nothing ships and nothing is billed. The trigger fires on the milestone date and the invitation expires if it is not used, so you are not paying for gifts to people who have left.
Can we run milestones other than 1, 3, 5, 10 and 25 years?+
Yes. Two, seven, fifteen, whatever your recognition policy says. Some clients also run a probation-completion milestone at six months, which is the one most likely to affect whether somebody stays.
