The Adalwin Story
Adalwin Commerce™ did not begin in a boardroom — it began on an event stage. Founded by Sameer Kishore Singh, a first-generation entrepreneur from Patna, Bihar, the company traces its roots to SparkShine Inc., a corporate event management firm started in Pune in 2013.
Over nearly a decade, SparkShine produced hundreds of corporate events for major MNCs — collectively reaching over a lakh audience members. When the global pandemic brought mass gatherings to a halt in 2020, Sameer pivoted fast: corporate supplies, gifting, and procurement became the new focus.
In 2022, SparkShine rebranded to Adalwin Commerce™ LLP — a name built for what the business had become: a full-spectrum corporate commerce company. Today, Adalwin serves 110+ clients with deliveries executed across 350+ pincodes in India, offering corporate gifting, IT procurement, branded merchandise, admin supplies, and a proprietary digital gifting platform.

Career in Event Management
After completing BBA and PGDEM from NIEM Pune, Sameer stepped into the world of corporate events — directing large-scale productions across India.
SparkShine Inc. Founded
Within two years of his career start, Sameer launched SparkShine Inc., focusing entirely on corporate event management. That same year, he broke a Guinness World Record for the world's largest poster featuring Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar.
Yoola — Early Quick Commerce Venture
Sameer ventured into the startup ecosystem with Yoola, an app connecting brick-and-mortar stores within 6 km to potential customers — an early quick-commerce concept that was ahead of its time.
Pandemic Pivot to Corporate Supplies
When mass gatherings halted during COVID-19, Sameer swiftly pivoted SparkShine toward corporate supplies and procurement — onboarding new MNC clients and building a new revenue stream.
Adalwin Commerce™ LLP Incorporated
SparkShine rebranded to Adalwin Commerce™ LLP, formalising the shift to global trade and corporate supply. The new entity was built to scale — serving clients across industries and expanding into import-export.

The story of Adalwin Commerce™ is really the story of one person's relentless drive to build something meaningful.

Sameer Kishore Singh was born and raised in Patna, Bihar, and moved to Pune in 2008 to pursue his higher education. After completing his BBA from Marathwada MitraMandal College of Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Event Management from NIEM Pune, he launched straight into the world of corporate events.
Within two years of starting his career, he founded SparkShine Inc. — and in 2013, made history by orchestrating the world's largest poster as a Guinness World Record achievement. The firm went on to manage hundreds of corporate events, collectively drawing over a lakh attendees.
Never one to stay in one lane, Sameer ventured into the startup ecosystem in 2016 with Yoola — an app that connected local stores to nearby customers, a concept that predated the quick-commerce wave by years. He also explored blockchain technology during this period, a reflection of his early-adopter instincts.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, Sameer did what he always does: adapted. He pivoted SparkShine to corporate procurement and supplies, onboarding new MNC clients almost immediately. By 2022, he formalised this new direction by rebranding to Adalwin Commerce™ LLP — a company built for scale, with ambitions in both domestic supply and global trade.
Today, Sameer is deeply immersed in Artificial Intelligence and its real-world applications for business — and has multiple new ventures in the pipeline that will be announced in due course.
