It includes 24/7 priority technical support with direct access to senior Apple engineers, on-site hardware service for covered devices across India, up-to-3-year AppleCare+ hardware coverage (accidental damage, battery, peripherals), and a named Apple Technical Account Manager (TAM) — an Apple employee who knows your deployment and coordinates escalations. Indian enterprises can also pair AppleCare for Enterprise with AppleCare OS Support (Select / Preferred / Alliance tiers, 1- / 2- / 3-year terms) for deep macOS, iOS, and iPadOS technical support, and AppleCare Help Desk Support for Tier-1 helpdesk integration.
